Location not the best but near train station so perfect for short-term stays. Breakfast in the morning delicious, room itself clean and bed comfortable

The location, just 2 minutes walk from Hamburg Hbf. Good sized room for a single. Breakfast was fine. Fairly quiet at night.

Perfect location, 3 minutes walking from train station which we used to get to airport and when we arrive from other city, it was also walking distance to great places we wanted to see. Breakfast was fair and enough and everything was fresh and tasty, the room was very clean and pretty and it had everything that we needed, the bed was really comfortable. Price was fair compared to the even higher prices we saw. If we were to come back to Hamburg (which we hope we will) we will definetely choose this hotel, mainly for the strategic location and cleanliness.

The location is close to the train station. Really good, fresh breakfast. The room is like in the pictures. Friendly staff, we let the luggages after the check out.

The best location one can have. The staff were very friendly and our questions were answered. The Internet was very good for my two hours meeting that l had. It's around 200 m from the train station but on a very frequented sleep. We had a good night and the breakfast was not so big but enough to start our day. Will definitely consider this hotel if l ever visit Hamburg again

It is very close to the Central Train Station of Hamburg, the U-bahn station, and the MSC shuttle bus station. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly.

Nice small hotel just one corner of the railway station. Clean bath, nice bed. There was hair dryer and kettle available. Breakfast not very varied but everything was what was needed for this standard. Nice personnel. Perfect for a stay during travel from the airport to train.

On one hand a quite worn hotel in a less than charming street. On the other hand an extremely convenient location close to the central station, clean, good and friendly service combined with a very attractive price. All in all a very good value.

Staff polite and friendly. Location is excellent for Hamburg Hbf but there were noisy people outside during the night at any hour, perhaps not such a surprise for this location. Room (3rd floor, there's a lift if required) and bedroom were spacious and clean. Good breakfast.
